(B) Tsc1+/+ and Tsc1-/- fibroblasts were non-starved or serum-starved as indicated and subsequently, cell lysates were prepared. (C) Tsc1+/+ and Tsc1-/- fibroblasts were serum-starved overnight. Afterwards, cells were treated with the indicated inhibitors for 90 minutes fol-lowed by Aniso stimulation for 2 and 4 hours, respectively.
